These Terms of Service govern access to and purchases from the Klean Kanteen online store. By using this website, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked in our footer. If you do not agree, do not use the store.

Store Use and Customer Responsibilities

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and provide accurate, current contact, billing, and delivery information. You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, violate another person's rights, or use the store for unlawful activity.

Drinkware Catalog, Pricing, and Order Acceptance

Product descriptions, availability, and prices are shown on the applicable product page and may change before an order is accepted. We try to present information accurately, but reasonable variations in display color and packaging may occur. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt; it does not require us to accept an order affected by a pricing error, unavailable inventory, suspected fraud, or an unlawful request. If we cancel after payment, we will return the applicable amount to the original payment method.

Payment and Taxes

Transactions are processed in USD using the payment methods displayed at checkout, including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, and Discover. Taxes are collected when required by applicable law. Card authorization, verification, and posting times are controlled in part by the relevant financial institution.

Order Fulfillment and Post-Purchase Rights

We ship only within the United States. Standard shipping is free with no minimum purchase. Processing normally takes 1–2 business days, and carrier transit after dispatch normally takes 4–6 business days. Tracking is provided when the order ships. A cancellation may be requested before shipment; after shipment, the Refund Policy applies.

You may request a return or exchange for any reason within 30 days after delivery. For every approved return—including a change-of-mind return or an item that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete—Klean Kanteen pays return shipping and provides a prepaid label. No restocking fee is charged. After receipt and inspection, an approved refund is issued to the original payment method; banks and card issuers usually post it within 5–10 business days after issuance.

Intellectual Property and Third-Party Services

The website's content and presentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Limited personal use of the store does not transfer ownership rights. Shopify, payment providers, carriers, and linked services operate under their own terms and privacy practices.

Disclaimers and Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the store and its content are provided without warranties beyond those that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights or remedies for defective or non-conforming goods. To the extent permitted by law, Klean Kanteen is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, while liability that cannot legally be limited remains unaffected.

Changes, Governing Rules, and Contact
