Shipping Policy

U.S. Delivery and Free Standard Shipping

Klean Kanteen ships only to delivery addresses within the United States. Standard shipping is free on every U.S. order, with no minimum purchase requirement.

Order Preparation

Order processing normally takes 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays. Orders received by 5:00 PM Pacific Time (America/Los_Angeles) enter that business day's processing queue when operationally possible. Processing time is the period before the parcel is handed to the carrier.

Carrier Travel Time

After dispatch, standard carrier transit normally takes 4–6 business days. Transit time begins only after the carrier accepts the parcel and is separate from the 1–2-business-day processing period. The usual combined estimate is therefore 5–8 business days, although carrier disruptions, severe weather, peak periods, address problems, and events outside our reasonable control may cause delay.

Tracking and Address Accuracy

A tracking number is provided using the contact details supplied at checkout once the order ships. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed; a change cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

Delivery Issues

If tracking shows an exception, a package appears lost, or an order arrives damaged or incomplete, email zapalujor45@gmail.com or call 419-259-4247. We will work with the carrier and apply the remedies described in our Refund Policy.

Returns After Delivery

Free outbound standard shipping does not reduce the 30-day no-reason return and exchange right. For every approved return or exchange, Klean Kanteen pays return shipping and provides a prepaid label or equivalent free arrangement.
