Refund Policy

Klean Kanteen offers a 30-day return and exchange window. You may request a return or exchange for any reason, including a change of mind, within 30 days after the item is delivered.

How to Request Authorization

1. Contact zapalujor45@gmail.com or call 419-259-4247 within 30 days of delivery and include your order number.
2. Wait for approval and return instructions. Klean Kanteen will provide a free prepaid return shipping label or an equivalent no-cost return arrangement.
3. Pack the item securely and include its components and original packaging when reasonably possible.

Do not send an item without authorization. The physical address below is the default return address, but you must use the destination shown on the prepaid label so the return can be tracked and processed correctly.

Return Shipping and Fees

Klean Kanteen pays return shipping for every approved return or exchange. This applies both to no-reason returns and to damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or otherwise non-conforming items. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Condition and Standard Exceptions

Customers may inspect an item as they would in a physical store. Items should be returned in substantially the condition received, and customers may be responsible for damage caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary for inspection.

Customized items, clearance or Final Sale items, gift cards, and opened intimate or hygiene-sensitive goods are excluded from ordinary no-reason returns. These exceptions never reduce your remedies for goods that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or otherwise non-conforming, and they do not limit non-waivable consumer rights.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Drinkware

Report a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete delivery promptly and include helpful details or photographs when available. We will arrange a free replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate, with return shipping paid by Klean Kanteen.

Refund Timing

After the return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. An approved refund is issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receipt and inspection. Once issued, a bank or card provider usually needs an additional 5–10 business days to post the credit.

Cancellations

You may request cancellation before shipment. We cannot guarantee cancellation after fulfillment begins. Once an order ships, use the return process above.
